By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read the following:
✧General Rules✧
-All Commissions are for personal use only.-I have the right to decline a commission if it does not comply with my TOS or for any other reason.-Unless the client specifically asks for it to be private, I have the right to post the commission on my social media/sample/portfolio.-The client has permission to post the commission on any social media, as long as proper credit to me is given.-Clear, visual references for your commission and clear detail about your commission must be provided to avoid any misunderstandings. (The more info. the better)-Depending on complexity and the request, it will take up to two weeks. If there is further delay, the commissioner will be notified (TAT varies based on personal schedule)-Unlimited revisions/changes at sketch, afterwards only minor revisions are allowed. If it is a major revision it will be charged.-Do not sell/trade,edit, copy, or trace any finished artwork.-Progress shots and updates can be sent at any stage of the drawing process.-Final piece will be sent via zip file, google drive, or email.
✧Payment✧
-Payment is through VGen in USD currency only.-Payment can be upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% before file delivery.-Payment is non-refundable after commission is in progression.-Full Refunds are permitted if I have not started on the commission or I cancel due to personal reasons.
